We are proud to announce the successful completion of the BRIDGE project (01/10/2022 – 31/03/2026), including its approved 6-month extension. Over the course of 42 months, the consortium fully achieved all twelve project objectives, submitted all seventeen deliverables, and met every single milestone. BRIDGE has seamlessly bridged the gap in material synthesis (all-inorganic metal halide perovskites), advanced characterization, and VOCs detection and analysis related to breath reseach, significantly enhancing FORTH’s research excellence and international visibility.
Capitalising on the deep knowledge transfer and strategic mentoring received during the project, the consortium is actively working on securing the long-term sustainability of this newly established collaborative network. Our research teams remain committed to driving follow-on funding initiatives and multi-partner research activities that will expand the scientific foundations laid by BRIDGE into new diagnostic and industrial horizons.
